Role Summary The team is seeking a Senior Web Designer with deep experience in UI/UX design, visual design, interaction design, and advanced prototyping. This role focuses on creating immersive digital commerce experiences, motion-driven interfaces, and interactive storytelling for a web platform. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver interactive, immersive web experiences forstorytelling, product launches, and digital commerce. Develop visual systems, interaction models, and motion-driven concepts to push creative boundaries. Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including designers, product managers, engineers, and copywriters, to translate ideas into compelling user experiences. Produce high-fidelity prototypes showcasing interaction flow, motion, transitions, micro-interactions, and behavioral intent. Utilize and expand existing design systems to build new layouts, narratives, and interactive features. Balance experimental design with usability, accessibility, and performance best practices. Requirements and Qualifications Strong visual design expertise with a solid foundation in UX and interaction design. Portfolio demonstrating high-quality web design execution, strong prototyping, layout, motion design, and interaction patterns. Ability to create motion-centric prototypes beyond static screens, using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms. Experience with motion tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to communicate interaction concepts. Ability to collaborate with marketing and brand teams to transform narratives into interactive digital experiences. Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, color, hierarchy, motion, usability, and spatial systems. Curiosity and proficiency with emerging tools and technologies; experience with 3D or advanced motion is a plus. Ability to work quickly, adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in a high-expectation environment.
