- Full-time We're looking for a full-time graphic designer with at least 2 years experience with digital graphics, print, branding, and CMS websites for our Chattanooga agency.

Comfortable in all phases of design, from front-end generation of unexpected ideas to backend execution of market-ready commercial assets. Experience in production techniques and working closely with printers and other vendors. Able to juggle multiple projects while hitting tight deadlines. Experience in production-oriented environments. Love of crafting stories and communicating ideas to the team, clients, and the world. Have a few lateral creative skills— basic html and css, photo editing, video editing etc. Wired into what's happening in popular culture, design, and technology globally. Believe any problem can be solved through creativity. Sees the value in keeping a creative yet organized workflow. Your layers in your adobe files are easily navigable and clear. Someone who takes ownership of their work. From execution to output, you're proud of what you create. Pay attention to detail. You review your work with a keen eye before submitting it to catch inconsistencies or mistakes.Job Responsibilities will include:
Website designing and building using content management systems such as divi and elementor (or comparable themes) Writing/editing of basic html and CSS within existing files/templates Working with the art director, developers, and account managers to execute designs while meeting deadlines. Designing marketing emails using platforms such as Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Toast, etc. Design of ads, brochures, logos, social media graphics, email newsletters, and other branded print/web material for 100+ clients using Adobe Programs such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. Sending print material to press— knowledge of bleed, color, and paper types is essential. Retrieving print quotes and making orders with local and regional vendors. Presenting fully-formed design/brand solutions to team or client. Providing exceptional customer service to clients when needed Concrete Requirements forPosition:
2+ years of experience. Experience in an agency is preferred. Must have an online portfolio that includes examples of your ability to produce high-quality designs for websites, logos, web and print material. Must be proficient in design and prototyping software like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite Must have experience building or updating websites, and using basic HTML and CSS BFA in Graphic Design or comparable level of work experience. AAS in Graphic Arts with a strong portfolio are also welcome to apply. Must be an expert inAdobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word, Google Suite Riverworks Offers:
