Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and marketing sector, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 to join their team. As a Program Manager Tech 4, you will be part of the Web Operations and Product Launch Support team, supporting high-impact web properties and large-scale product launches. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$63/hr to $67/hr on W2 What's the Job? Manage delivery of product launches and marketing campaigns, including scheduling, dependency management, and launch readiness assessments. Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of web projects and campaigns. Support the rollout and administration of operational processes, templates, SLAs, and launch playbooks to maintain high standards. Ensure compliance with quality, accessibility, privacy, and security standards through structured review cycles and issue tracking. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and operational rigor for web and marketing initiatives. What's Needed? Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in technical web project or program management, with a proven track record of end-to-end delivery. Extensive experience managing stakeholder communications across cross-functional teams. Strong background in integrated marketing campaigns and web operations, including familiarity with CMS systems. Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Click Up, and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. What's in it for me?
