- Contract Job Overview Dominguez Web Builders is hiring 1099 Sales Representatives to grow our base of local small-business clients across the Rio Grande Valley.
We build and host websites for lawn care companies, HVAC outfits, and trades all over the Valley on simple monthly plans and we need closers who know how to talk to local owners and get them signed up. This is a commission role with real recurring upside: you don't just earn on the close, you keep earning every month your clients stay. Responsibilities Meet local business owners in person door-to-door across Mission, McAllen, Edinburg, Pharr, Hidalgo, and surrounding RGV cities Follow up by phone, text, and email to move prospects toward a close Walk owners through our website plans and explain the value in plain terms Close the deal and hand it off, we take care of all the service, setup, and ongoing client work Build and manage your own book of recurring business Keep simple, accurate records of your leads and closes Requirements Strong communication skills and comfort starting conversations with strangers Self-starter who's motivated by commission and wants income tied to effort Reliable transportation and a smartphone Sales experience is a plus, but hustle matters more Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus in the RGV Comfortable working a hybrid mix of in-person outreach and phone/remote follow-up and if you want to work fully remote, that's fine too, as long as you've got the skill set to close over the phone Compensation This is a 1099 commission role: $100 per close, paid when the setup fee clears 30% recurring commission on the monthly revenue you bring in you keep earning every month your clients stay The more you build, the bigger your monthly check gets Earnings are commission-based and depend on your performance; the posted pay range reflects estimated potential, not a guaranteed salary.
