Mission, TX • Hybrid (door-to-door across the RGV + phone/remote) About Dominguez Web Builders We build and host websites for local small businesses across the Rio Grande Valley lawn care, HVAC, trades, you name it. Clients pay a simple monthly plan and we handle everything. We're growing fast, and we're looking for a Sales Team Lead to keep selling while building and coaching a small team of reps under them. What this role is This is a player-coach role. You'll still be out closing your own deals and on top of that, you'll recruit, train, and lead two sales reps. You earn on your own sales and on what your team brings in, every month they stay with us. The better your team does, the bigger your check. This is the role for a closer who's ready to build something bigger than their own book. What you'll do Keep selling meet local business owners in person across Mission, McAllen, Edinburg, Pharr, Hidalgo, and surrounding RGV cities Recruit and onboard two sales reps Coach your reps on the pitch, the product, and closing Keep your team hitting their numbers month after month Help your reps land and keep clients retention is part of the job Close the deal and hand it off; we take care of all service, setup, and ongoing client work Who we're looking for Proven closer you can sell and you've done it Natural leader who wants to build and coach a team, not just hit their own quota Self-starter who's motivated by commission and recurring income Reliable transportation and a smartphone Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus in the RGV Comfortable with door-to-door and in-person work; fully remote is possible if you've got the skill set to close and coach over the phone Compensation This is a 1099 commission role with three ways to earn: Your own sales: $100 per close plus recurring monthly commission on every client you land A monthly override on everything your two reps bring in you keep earning as long as their clients stay A monthly team bonus when your reps hit their combined target Top leads build a book and a team that pay them every single month.
