Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Web Design Intern and immerse yourself in the exciting world of digital creativity! This Internship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in web design, user experience, and front-end development while contributing to real-world projects. You will collaborate with experienced designers and developers to craft engaging, accessible, and responsive websites that captivate users and drive results. If you're passionate about visual storytelling, eager to learn the latest tools, and ready to make an impact in digital marketing and web production, this role is perfect for you! Duties Assist in designing visually compelling UI/UX prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to enhance user interaction and usability. Support the development of responsive websites utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and React to ensure seamless performance across devices. Contribute to creating engaging motion graphics and animations with Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate to improve website engagement. Help optimize websites for SEO and web accessibility standards, ensuring content is discoverable and usable by all audiences. Collaborate on website maintenance tasks such as content updates, layout adjustments, and troubleshooting using WordPress, Drupal, or other content management systems. Participate in user research and data analysis using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to inform design improvements. Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and information architecture diagrams that communicate design concepts clearly. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science or a related field. Familiarity with web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React is a plus. Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. Knowledge of UX principles, usability testing methods, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive web design best practices. Basic understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for data-driven decision making. Strong attention to detail with excellent visual UI/UX design skills and an eye for typography and layout design for media. Eagerness to learn new technologies such as Python, PHP, SQL databases (MySQL), Git version control, and web production tools like Dreamweaver or SharePoint. This internship is designed to empower aspiring web designers by providing hands on experience in a collaborative environment that values innovation and creativity.
