Ensure mobile-first responsiveness and conversion-driven experiences. Collaborate with the Web Team to align design deliverables with SEO strategy, performance goals, and build timelines. Translate brand guides and creative direction into intuitive front-end design elements. Prepare design assets, icons, and visual elements for developer handoff. Creative Strategy Translation Translate marketing strategies and creative briefs into innovative, on-brand visual content. Apply brand tone, goals, and target audience insights to each design project. Graphic Design Execution Design social media graphics, email visuals, brand collateral, and other creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. Ensure all designs meet branding standards, marketing goals, and visual consistency across platforms. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with web developers, creatives and media team members to align design work with larger marketing objectives. Support campaign and project rollouts across departments through integrated visual solutions. Project Management and Delivery Manage multiple design projects at once, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. Adapt quickly to feedback and shifting priorities while delivering timely updates to project leads. Skills Website Layout and UI/UX Principles Understanding of intuitive web design, responsive layout structures, and conversion-focused design strategies. CMS and Platform Familiarity Comfortable working within Squarespace, Webflow, or WordPress; knows how to design with front-end implementation in mind. HTML and CSS Understanding Basic knowledge is preferred to communicate effectively with developers and understand platform limitations. Graphic Design Expertise Ability to design across digital platforms with a strong command of layout, typography, and brand cohesion. Brand Development and Management Experience building brand kits, brand guidelines, and maintaining brand consistency across deliverables. Cross-Functional Collaboration Ability to work closely with web developers, creative strategists and media producers to execute a cohesive creative vision. Software Proficiency Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva for both web and content creation. Website Design Collaboration Familiarity with basic web design concepts, layout principles, and web asset preparation for developers. Creative Problem-Solving Ability to translate strategic concepts into visually compelling designs that solve client challenges. Project Management Support Experience managing multiple design projects at once while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
