Job Description

Robert Half is partnering with our client, a global leader in digital commerce and technology, to identify a Production Designer to support high-volume web and digital content initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with strong web production experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys translating design systems into polished, web-ready assets.

Pay Rate:
$40-43/hourPosition OverviewThe Production Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality digital assets for web platforms while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines and design system standards. This role requires strong proficiency in image production, template creation, and web optimization techniques. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining precision and consistency across deliverables.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while managing tight production timelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality, web-ready graphic assets optimized for digital platforms.

Prepare and optimize images for efficient download performance and development specifications.

Create and maintain clean, scalable graphic templates and style guides that support consistent design implementation.

Execute Photoshop or Figma image production tasks including retouching, masking, colorizing, and outlining.

Export and prepare image assets according to development specifications.

Create sprite sheets, size chart graphics, and other production-based visual assets.

Apply UX patterns and existing design system guidelines when updating or enhancing existing screens.

Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure assets meet quality and technical standards.

Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables to ensure accuracy and visual consistency.
