We're looking for a Web Designer who can take a website from a rough idea to a polished, usable experience. You'll work on new pages, existing websites and digital campaigns, with attention to layout, usability and how the finished site works across different screen sizes. This role works closely with marketing and development, so you'll need to be comfortable explaining design decisions and adjusting your work based on feedback.

A typical project might include:

Designing and updating website pages and landing pages Creating page layouts, banners and other digital graphics Building responsive designs for desktop, tablet and mobile Working from brand guidelines while keeping layouts consistent Preparing design files and assets for developers Reviewing completed pages and flagging visual or usability issues Making updates to existing websites based on business needs Working with marketing on campaign pages and digital content Checking websites across major browsers and screen sizes Keeping design files, images and other assets organized The technical side You should be comfortable with HTML and CSS and have experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Adobe Creative Cloud . Experience with WordPress or another CMS is useful. We're looking for someone with around 2-4 years of web or digital design experience . A portfolio showing actual websites or digital projects will be required. It would also be helpful if you have: Basic JavaScript knowledge Experience working with developers Understanding of SEO-friendly web design Experience designing landing pages Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design principles

Salary:
