Full-Time About the Position GroupM7 is looking for a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. We're looking for someone who combines strong visual design skills with an understanding of how to create modern, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working on multiple projects while collaborating with our design, development, content, and production teams. This position will be based in our Tyler office , with an in-person and/or hybrid work arrangement depending on the candidate and role requirements. Responsibilities Design and build visually appealing, modern, and user-friendly websites Create responsive designs that work well across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices Work with clients and internal team members to understand project goals and design requirements Translate branding, content, and project requirements into effective website designs Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately Make updates and revisions based on client and internal feedback Maintain consistency in typography, spacing, color, imagery, and overall visual hierarchy Ensure websites provide a strong user experience and are easy to navigate Work on multiple website projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Stay current with web design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Qualifications Strong understanding of web design principles, layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy Knowledge of building websites using Bootstrap Proficient in HTML and

CSS/SCSS

Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar tools Strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills A portfolio demonstrating previous web design work

Education:

A degree in graphic design, web design, digital media, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
