We are looking for full-time Graphic/Web Designers for our Salt Lake City location.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels (ads, social media, email, website, presentations, and conference materials) Develop marketing collateral such as one-pagers, brochures, banners, and branded templates Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints Create graphics for campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives Prepare final files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices About us Red Rock Pharmacy is a closed-door, long-term-care pharmacy. Graphic/Web Designer Qualifications:

2-5+ years of experience in graphic design (in-house or agency) Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding Experience creating marketing materials and campaign assets Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback quickly Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries Knowledge of web design and basic UX/UI principles Experience with motion graphics or video editing Familiarity with HTML/CSS or marketing platforms (Webflow, HubSpot, etc.)
