Job Description One of our largest national retail clients is seeking a React Developer to join their growing team. This individual will support the enhancement and maintenance of a large-scale retail platform, focusing on building and updating customer-facing UI experiences using React. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of front-end development experience, be able to work independently with minimal oversight, and possess experience supporting platform upgrades, feature enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing application maintenance. Skills and Requirements -10+ years of experience in front-end application development-Strong expertise in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks-Experience working within Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments-Foundational understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered development practices-Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency-Experience supporting platform maintenance, feature enhancements, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes-Proven experience implementing UI enhancements while ensuring compatibility across application versions and resolving defects as needed-Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering stakeholders-Prior experience as a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React front-end development and Java-based microservices architectures-Experience developing and supporting end-to-end applications across both UI and backend service layers using React and Java microservices principles We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
