Web Developer (WordPress Specialist)

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and creative Web Developer (WordPress Specialist) to join our organization. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining professional websites that align with client objectives and brand strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective, visually compelling digital solutions. While technical proficiency is essential, creativity and innovative thinking are strongly encouraged to enhance user experience, strengthen branding, and deliver impactful digital outcomes. Key Responsibilities Website Design & Development Design, develop, and deploy responsive websites using WordPress Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements Create visually engaging, user-friendly designs aligned with branding guidelines Proactively recommend creative improvements to enhance website functionality and aesthetics Maintain website functionality, security, and performance Perform routine updates, backups, and troubleshooting Client Engagement Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and clarify project scope Translate client objectives into clear technical and design specifications Provide professional recommendations on website structure, layout, and user experience Communicate project progress, timelines, and deliverables effectively Branding & Strategy Support Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement branding strategies Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and user experience Contribute creative input to strengthen brand presence across digital platforms Assist in developing strategic approaches to improve digital engagement Required Qualifications Proven experience with WordPress (Mandatory) Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with standard office software and Internet tools (Mandatory) Familiarity with Elementor (entry-level to intermediate experience acceptable) Understanding of web design principles and responsive design Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Understanding of SEO fundamentals and website optimization Experience with website hosting environments and domain management Familiarity with digital marketing and branding principles Core Competencies Creative thinking and innovation Professional communication and client-facing skills Analytical thinking and problem-solving Attention to detail and quality assurance Strong time management and organizational skills Collaborative and team-oriented approach

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
