JOB DESCRIPTION

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Create slides for weekly/bi-weekly project updates which are shared with leadership and our cross functional partners. Work with the EM to define the forward-looking roadmap for the team for next 3-6 months on a rolling basis. Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) Knowledge of frontend technologies (React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) Understanding of microservices architecture AWS certifications (Associate level or higher)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails Design RESTful APIs and backend services Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Integrate third-party services and databases Monitor system health and troubleshoot production issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps) Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies
