This role will focus on building and enhancing front-end functionality while managing the technical performance and integrity of our eCommerce platforms. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and launching new user experience features, while maintaining and optimizing our existing systems. In addition to our Shopify environment, this role will also oversee the management and maintenance of our WooCommerce platform and secondary marketplace channels, ensuring consistency, functionality, and performance across all digital storefronts. This position requires a strong understanding of front-end development and the ability to implement changes without disrupting current site operations across multiple platforms. We're looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable navigating complex integrations, themes, and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, along with technical expertise in web development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement new website features and UX improvements Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices Evaluate and integrate new apps, tools, and web-based solutions Maintain, expand, and optimize website performance and functionality Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the site and integrations Collaborate with design and leadership teams to align technical execution with creative direction Gather and refine technical requirements for ongoing improvements Support cross-functional teams as needed Qualifications 5+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on Shopify Proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience utilizing various AI platforms Experience with responsive design and modern UX/UI principles Strong understanding of SEO best practices and implementation Ability to diagnose issues and develop effective, scalable solutions Familiarity with third-party integrations, apps, and API connections Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Strong communication and time management skills Preferred (Not Required): Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Familiarity with PHP Experience with Google Ads or digital marketing Video editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere)
