Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Web & Content Designer at our Irvine, CA office. While you should be comfortable with the technical basics of how a website functions, your primary focus will be on the "look and feel"—creating the visual assets, layouts, and content that make our clients' brands stand out. You will be responsible for transforming concepts into visually engaging digital experiences, focusing heavily on aesthetics and content creation.

Key Responsibilities Visual Content Creation:

Design high-quality images, banners, and digital assets for websites and social media.

Web Layout & Prototyping:

Build and iterate on website layouts and user interfaces primarily using Figma.

Aesthetic Management:

Ensure sites look modern, cohesive, and premium across all pages.

Light Implementation:

Perform basic styling updates and layout tweaks using CSS when needed to ensure designs are translated correctly to the live site.

Brand Consistency:

Collaborate with graphic designers and UX/UI specialists to maintain brand consistency and deliver optimal user experiences.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the design and development teams to brainstorm new content ideas and improve the overall user journey.

Qualifications Design-First Mindset:

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, web layout, and digital content creation.

Tool Proficiency:

Expert-level skills in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

Technical Basics:
