Contract Length:

Through January 31, 2027 The Role Ryzen Solutions' client is looking for a senior engineer to help build the infrastructure behind their internal AI tools. This team evaluates AI technology and creates the platforms that allow the rest of the company to adopt it quickly. You will own the core backend systems, from Kubernetes clusters to developer tooling and APIs. What You'll Do Build and manage distributed services and infrastructure on AWS or GCP. Handle Kubernetes at a deep level—managing clusters, networking, and container lifecycles. Lead platform projects from initial design through deployment. Keep code quality high through reviews and CI/CD best practices. Work with AI and security teams to make sure the architecture meets business needs. Help other engineers work through tough technical trade-offs.

What You Need Experience:

At least 6 years focused on backend and infrastructure.

Coding:

Strong skills in Python or Go. You should be used to shipping production code, not just basic scripts.

Kubernetes:

Real-world experience building and operating clusters, not just using them.

Cloud & Infrastructure:

Proficiency with AWS/GCP and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).

AI Integration:

Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or LiteLLM and building backend services that connect to them. Nice to Have Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog. Knowledge of API gateways or service mesh. A history of making engineering teams more efficient at scale.
