Webmaster & WordPress Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented webmaster to help onboard and manage our company and brands' websites. This role works with IT team and requires strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• WordPress Master. Manage 3-4 WordPress sites and 1 Shopify site. Update WordPress core and plugins. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Scan & fix site vulnerabilities. Remove malware, and enhance site security.
• Make frontend style and backend function changes. Develop custom WordPress functions and integrate APIs and third-party tools.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Quick site backup and restore, Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of front-end development experience
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and Linux

• Existing Portfolio WordPress Site Showcase Preferred Qualifications:

• Command-line interface experience (SSH, WordPress CLI, Unix/Linux).
• Website versioning / Staging.
• Knowledge of the latest AI tool usage for Maximizing Work Efficiency
• Graphic skills with the Adobe suite will be a plus.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$55,000.00

• $95,000.
