DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER & WEB DEVELOPER

Kaufmann de Suisse — Delray Beach, FL Full-Time | Part-Time | On-Site | $35/hr to Start + Commission on Online Sales I'm Monica Kaufmann. I design fine diamond jewelry. My father founded this house in 1954. We have five Diamond International Awards and two Guinness World Records. We have a beautiful showroom in Delray Beach and clients who spend between $5,000 and $50,000 per visit. I need someone who can help me tell that story online — and sell jewelry while doing it. This is a full-time, or Part-Time on-site position. I want you here, in the showroom, part of the team. Not working remotely from a laptop in a coffee shop. Here — where you can photograph a new piece the moment it comes off the bench, shoot a reel of a client trying on a necklace, and understand the brand because you live inside it every day. —

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Website Management — Manage and improve our WordPress / WooCommerce site — Keep products, prices, descriptions, and images current and accurate, and add videos — Implement speed and performance improvements (WebP images, caching, CDN) — Build and maintain pages in Elementor — Handle server and cPanel tasks Photography & Videography — Photograph new jewelry pieces for the website and social media — Shoot short-form video content: Reels, behind-the-scenes, product reveals, showroom atmosphere — Edit photos and videos to a standard that reflects a luxury brand — Utilize AI to help bring the jewels to life onto a person, into a setting Social Media — Own our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube presence — Create and schedule content consistently — not sporadically — Write captions in the voice of a 70-year-old luxury jewelry house that also happens to be personal, warm, and real — Grow our following among the right audience: South Florida affluent buyers, Palm Beach seasonal residents, collectors Marketing & Outreach — Assist with direct mail campaigns and client outreach — Manage geofencing campaigns targeting high-value zip codes in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, and Manalapan — Set up and manage website widgets, pop-ups, email capture, and email marketing — Help drive traffic from online browsers to in-store visits — Track what's working and report on it clearly SEO — Optimize pages and product listings for local search (Delray Beach / Palm Beach County) — Manage our Google Business Profile — Build local citations and manage our presence on relevant directories —

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

You do not have to be the world's greatest developer AND the world's greatest photographer AND a marketing genius. But you need to be genuinely competent across all of these areas — someone who has done each of them before, not someone who is willing to learn.

You should know:

— WordPress and WooCommerce, including bulk product imports from Excel/CSV — Elementor or a comparable page builder — Basic cPanel and server management — Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video (Reels, TikTok-style content) — Photography and video editing — even if you're not a professional photographer, your eye needs to be good and your output needs to look polished — Local SEO and Google Business Profile management — Geofencing or digital advertising basics are a major plus You should be: — Organized. I cannot be chasing you for updates. — Honest. If something breaks or you don't know how to do something, tell me immediately — don't let it sit. — Visually literate. You should look at a photograph and know if it's good enough. You should look at a webpage and know if it feels expensive or cheap. — Excited by the brand. We have a remarkable story. You should want to tell it. —

COMPENSATION

Starting at $35/hour. Here's what I find more interesting: there is real commission opportunity for someone who can actually sell jewelry online. Our pieces range from $5,000 to well over $100,000. If you build the systems, create the content, and drive the online sales — you will earn a percentage of every sale. This is not a token gesture. For the right person, this is meaningful income. —

A NOTE ON THE INVENTORY

We have a significant product catalog. Our previous approach was entering products manually, one by one. That is not how we will work going forward. You should know how to prepare and import a structured Excel/CSV file into WooCommerce properly — categories, attributes, images, pricing, all of it. If you have done this before, please mention it specifically in your application. —
