We are at a key point in our organization's growth as we transform our legacy Lead-to-Cash platform to a best-in-vertical juggernaut to drive our success. This is a newly created role — there is no playbook, no predecessor, and no existing ART structure to inherit. We have an agile practice, tools, teams, and a method of doing technical work. We are looking for someone who has built an ART capability before: walked into an organization where the role didn't exist, earned trust across engineering and product, and systematically built the practices, ceremonies, and dependency infrastructure that made delivery predictable.
