At Kaseya, we don't just raise the bar. We build it. GREAT opportunity to grow with rapidly growing company, Kaseya. We are seeking a Release Train Engineer to join our Business Applications Team. We are at a key point in our organization's growth as we transform our legacy Lead-to-Cash platform to a best-in-vertical juggernaut to drive our success. This is a newly created role — there is no playbook, no predecessor, and no existing ART structure to inherit. We have an agile practice, tools, teams, and a method of doing technical work. We are looking for someone who has built an ART capability before: walked into an organization where the role didn't exist, earned trust across engineering and product, and systematically built the practices, ceremonies, and dependency infrastructure that made delivery predictable. If you need a defined structure to operate within, this isn't the right fit. If you thrive on building one, read on.
