We're not a corporate agency — we're a lean, principal-led firm that partners with a small bench of trusted, highly capable contractors to deliver excellent, hands-on support to our clients. We're looking for a Shopify Developer to join that bench: someone technical, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping small and independent brands (many led by women) succeed. What You'll Do Provide ongoing Shopify development support across a portfolio of LPC clients — theme customization, app integrations, site performance, bug fixes, and feature builds Support, configure, and troubleshoot Shopify Apps across client stores Build and support product bundles (bundle apps, custom bundle logic/functionality) Build and support customization apps (e.g., product personalization, variant/option customization) Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and clearly, with minimal hand-holding Translate client and account-strategy requests into clean, maintainable Shopify code (Liquid, HTML/CSS/JS; Shopify APIs as needed) Support both quick-turn fixes and longer-term project work as client needs evolve Collaborate directly with LPC's account leads — no layers of corporate bureaucracy, just clear communication and good work Who You Are Based in the USA and legally authorized to work here — this is non-negotiable; we do not work with offshore developers Deep, hands-on Shopify development experience (Liquid templating, theme architecture, app/API integrations, performance troubleshooting) Highly technical and self-sufficient — comfortable owning a problem from diagnosis to resolution Experienced supporting e-commerce brands on a long-term, ongoing basis, not just one-off builds Genuinely passionate about fashion and the apparel/retail space Excited about supporting women founders and small businesses — this isn't just a line on a resume for you, it shows in how you work Comfortable in a small, non-corporate environment — flexible, direct communication, no red tape Able to work within cost-effective pricing that keeps our services accessible to small business clients Must have excellent referrals and willing to undergo a background check No Gauranteed weekly hours, you must be willing to land projects within my clients. Nice to Have Experience with Shopify Plus Prior experience working within an agency or consulting structure supporting multiple client accounts Engagement Details Contract (1099) role, not W-2 employment No guaranteed hours — work is assigned on an as-needed, per-client basis and will fluctuate based on active client scope and demand You'll work hourly, per client — hours and scope vary from client to client and project to project Hourly rate set per client engagement within the $50
•100/hr range (Depending if we set you up as hourly with the client or on retainer, there is wiggle room per project). Direct working relationship with LPC's principal — clear scope, clear expectations, no unnecessary layers Must have a portfolio of work
