Website Management & Maintenance Execute day-to-day updates , publishing, workshops with business unit teams, and maintenance within AEM (Sites & Assets). Support the transition from legacy CMS to AEM through hands-on content updates and validation. Follow established templates, workflows, and content governance standards to ensure consistency . Identify and escalate website issues to IT or development teams as needed (no platform ownership required) Content, UX & Conversion Optimization Help support North America's adoption of AEM by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and content structure. Collaborate with global web teams to align with corporate standards while adapting for regional needs. Contribute to documentation, training, and knowledge sharing for internal stakeholders. Ensure web pages and navigation align with user journeys and business objectives Apply UX/UI principles to improve engagement, accessibility, and clarity. Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research to inform content and site structure improvements. SEO, Analytics & Performance Management Apply SEO best practices , including on‑page optimization, metadata, schema, internal linking, and site architecture. Utilize and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console for North America. Help prepare content for AI search experiences (GEO/AIO) by improving clarity, structure, and discoverability Monitor, develop, and deliver regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve search visibility, content discoverability, and lead generation . Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform improvements. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field 2+ years of hands-on experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Experience focused on content authoring, page creation, updates, and publishing (not platform administration or development) Experience managing website content in a CMS environment Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web analytics Basic working knowledge of
