Job Description:

PersonalizationMall is growing! We are currently seeking a Front-End Developer with a minimum of two years of experience. We are looking for a creative problem solver and strategic thinker with a passion for delivering pixel-perfect solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Our current front-end stack includes LESS/SASS and jQuery/jQueryUI within a Visual Studio .NET environment. The right candidate should also be comfortable writing Vanilla JavaScript and TypeScript. Responsive and mobile design experience, with or without a framework, is required. This role will partner closely with designers and back-end developers to deliver scalable, high-performing, and user-centric eCommerce experiences. Responsibilities Craft user-centric web pages and components from prototype to customer-facing pages using front-end best practices Enhance application performance for optimal speed and adapt designs for mobile platforms Create high-quality mockups and prototypes that meet design specifications Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to refine website functionality Gather and analyze user feedback to guide the development of solutions Support back-end developers by assisting with code development and problem-solving Stay updated with current trends in web development Requirements Minimum 2 years of front-end development experience Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience building responsive, mobile-first web applications Experience with Vanilla JavaScript and jQuery Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue Experience with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, or TFS Understanding of the full web development lifecycle Experience with cross-browser testing and debugging Familiarity with content management systems Understanding of web accessibility standards Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Nice to Have Experience working in a .NET environment Experience with ContentStack, BrowserStack, or Google Tag Manager Experience with C# / .NET Experience developing for eCommerce platforms Experience with CSS methodologies such as BEM, Tailwind, Materialize, or Foundation Why Join Us Be part of PersonalizationMall, a growing brand within the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. family of companies Work on customer-facing experiences that directly impact millions of users Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design and back-end development Gain exposure to modern front-end technologies and scalable eCommerce platforms Opportunity to influence performance, usability, and digital experience improvements Supportive team environment that encourages innovation and professional growth The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
