Because our digital storefronts play a critical role in the consumer journey, we are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Shopify Web Developer to elevate our digital presence and drive the technical evolution of our brand portfolio. In this role, you will bring our brands to life across a diverse commerce ecosystem, including: Escaladesports.com Goalrilla.com and goalsetter.com Swingsets.com and ravesports.com Onixpickleball.com and stigaus.com Essential Duties/Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain responsive, mobile-first Shopify storefronts across 9 brand sites. Update brand sites to Shopify 2.0 Theme's Write custom Liquid templates, sections, and blocks. Implement modern JavaScript/CSS animations and interactive elements to elevate digital brand experience Build, test, and deploy front-end features, landing pages, and A/B test variations designed to improve user engagement and conversion rates Optimize web assets and audit front-end code to ensure maximum page-load speeds, excellent Core Web Vitals, and strong SEO, GEO and AEO foundations Lead innovation by staying ahead of UI/UX trends and proactively recommending improvements to our tech stack and processes Works closely with internal IT Team and external partners to ensure functionality Works closely with Brand and Creative Teams to enhance customer experience Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of professional front-end web development experience, with a proven track record of building and customizing Shopify storefronts Experience in HTML5, CSS3/SAAS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+) Strong proficiency in Liquid and schema architecture Familiarity with GitHub and Shopify CLI for proper deployment Solid understanding of responsive web design practices and mobile-first development paradigms Familiarity with performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA), and cross-browser compatibility Experience with GA4 and GTM.
