Job Overview At Freeze the Party LLC we are looking for a creative someone who wants an exciting Marketing opportunity to help start a marketing campaign for a new brand of liquor that is going to be launched in the summer of 2026 in Lexington KY. The ideal candidate will have a little bit of experience in building a website, integrating it with emails and social media. In addition we are looking for someone with some experience in graphic design. Ideally candidate has experience in both of these fields and pay will be reflected by candidates experience and skill-set. This role will be a hybrid between remote and meeting in person in an office with flexible hours. The position will require anywhere between 8-20 hours of work per week. Responsibilities Assist in designing and developing user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular content management systems like WordPress or Square Space. Create visually appealing graphics, logos and layouts utilizing Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Support website maintenance activities including updates, troubleshooting, and connecting website to social media and email accounts. Conduct user research and usability testing to improve website functionality and user experience (UX). Possible opportunities to join the team in the field as we launch this brand in bars and restaurants across the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Promote Social Media Accounts including:

Instagram and TikTok and optimize SEO for social media and the website. Analyze web analytics data using tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies. Skills Preferred proficiency in web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Angular. Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, Canva, or Sketch for visual design and wireframing. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), email marketing strategies, and web analytics. Preferred understanding of UX (User Experience), UI (User Interface), usability principles, web accessibility standards, and responsive web design techniques. Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal; familiarity with website maintenance tasks. Data analysis skills for interpreting web traffic data; experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus. Must be 21 to apply.
