Jr, Web Developer/Jr. Creative Technologist Technology Staffing Cambridge, MA Contract Jr. Web Developer/Jr. Creative Technologist
Overview:
Our client is seeking a passionate and resourceful Jr. Web Developer/Jr. Creative Technologist to join their team and contribute to innovative digital experiences. In this role, you will work closely with external partners to enhance and maintain thepany's , provide technical support for digital exhibits, and gain hands-on experience with emerging technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a budding technologist to develop their skills and make a real impact in a dynamic environment.
Compensation:
$31.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with external web contractors to implement updates using CraftCMS and Contentful Support the continuous improvement and upkeep of thepany's Assist with technical troubleshooting for in-gallery digital exhibits Bring familiarity with Raspberry Pi-based systems and Infobeamer or similar lightweight exhibit platforms Contribute to the deployment and maintenance of multimedia exhibits and digital projects
Requirements:
Basic understanding of web development and coding principles Experience working with content management systems like CraftCMS and Contentful is preferred Knowledge of Raspberry Pi hardware and related deployment platforms such as Infobeamer Excellent problem-solving skills and technical support capabilities Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week in a hybrid setting
Education:
