Job Description
Job Title Senior Front-End React Engineer Overview We are seeking a Senior Front-End React Engineer to design, develop, and maintain customer-facing web applications. This role focuses on creating high-quality user interfaces and user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand use cases, requirements, and pain points, and advocate for user-centric software solutions. Design, develop, and deliver front-end solutions using modern tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies. Follow established architecture guidelines to ensure a consistent development approach. Collaborate with product owners, designers, back-end developers, architects, and other stakeholders. Create mockups and prototypes for new features and participate in UI design reviews and product demonstrations. Perform functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure quality and reliability. Improve application performance through bug fixes, optimization efforts, and adoption of new technologies. Apply programming best practices, including cross-browser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards. Design and deliver interactive user experiences using enterprise brand standards and templates. Develop applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, and related technologies. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in user interface design. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Strong experience with React. Experience delivering customer-facing web applications. 10+ years of overall IT experience. 8+ years of software development experience. Experience with Front-End Software Engineering. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Java. Ability to work effectively with technical experts, Product Managers, DevOps teams, Big Data teams, UI/UX Designers, and business stakeholders. Experience with RESTful interfaces and OpenAPI Specification (OAS) standards. Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools and pipelines.
