Akkodis is seeking a Front-end Development Engineer for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate develops and delivers intuitive, user-friendly web applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams and creating engaging user experiences.

Rate Range:

$55/Hour to $65/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Front-end Development Engineer Responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications with a strong focus on user experience and interface design. Collaborate with product owners, designers, architects, and back-end developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Design, build, and enhance front-end features using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular. Create mock-ups, prototypes, and interactive designs while participating in UI reviews and product demonstrations. Perform automated functional and UI testing, troubleshoot defects, and optimize application performance. Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, accessibility standards, SEO principles, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 0-4 years of experience in software development, front-end development, or web application development. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React or Angular. Knowledge of UI/UX principles, responsive design, automated testing, and application performance optimization. Familiarity with Python, Artificial Intelligence concepts, and database technologies. Pay Details:
