• Looking for someone with Very strong exp with ReactJS We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Lead Developer who will work closely with client stakeholders and drive frontend application development.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS and modern JavaScript, strong leadership experience, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance UI solutions. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills, technical leadership, and the ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 1. Strong ReactJS Lead Developer (Onshore) a. HTML, Strong CSS knowledge, REDUX b. Hooks c. Javascript d. DOM manipulation and event handling e. Props (Passing data from parent components to child components f. Context API g. Lifecycle components h. Conditional rendering i. Performance optimization j. Git k. API Interaction l. Testing Frameworks Roles & Responsibilities Lead frontend development using ReactJS and related technologies Collaborate directly with client teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications Ensure best practices in UI architecture, scalability, and performance optimization Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews Work closely with backend teams for API integration Drive adoption of modern frontend practices and tools Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
