Sitecore Engineer

Job Summary Our client a leading Financial Services Provider is seeking a Sitecore Engineer to build high-performance applications in a growing multi-site environment with a strong focus on cloud transformation. This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. Core Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance Sitecore-based web applications Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using .NET technologies Build and support APIs and integrations across systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-friendly interfaces for intranet and cloud-based platforms Ensure code quality, performance, and compliance with web standards Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes Participate in system design, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 5+ years of professional software development experience Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS development Strong experience with .NET / C# / ASP.NET / .NET Core / MVC Experience building APIs and working with system integrations Experience with SQL Server and database design Front-end development experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript Experience working with CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS Experience working on multi-site or enterprise-level web environments Exposure to cloud migration or modernization initiatives Experience working in agile development environments Familiarity with performance optimization and scalability best practices Experience with headless CMS or modern front-end frameworks Strong understanding of web accessibility and standards Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Adaptability in evolving technical environments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Work Environment Location:

St. Louis, MO (preferred); Cleveland, OH; Minneapolis, MN; Kansas City, MO; Dallas, TX Onsite 4 days a week

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:

The approximate pay range for this position is between $95,000 and $118,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
