Job Description We are seeking a React Front-End Developer - Accessibility / WCAG to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React, accessibility (WCAG AA/AAA), and modern front-end engineering and a proven ability to deliver performant, inclusive web applications and contribute to CI/CD-driven releases .

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy responsive, performant React applications. Implement inclusive design in partnership with UX/UI to ensure accessibility. Collaborate with Product Owners and technical leads on design and front-end development. Refine user stories, define requirements, and estimate work. Translate designs into semantic HTML and CSS for integration with back-end services. Write unit tests and deliver stories that meet acceptance and compliance criteria. Resolve technical complexities and support teammates in delivery. Contribute to integration, regression, and performance test suites and triage issues. Document deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality details. Participate in CI/CD events, including branching, pull requests, merges, and release notes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-7 years of front-end development experience. Strong React expertise, including Redux, React Router, and Hooks. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, and JSON. Deep knowledge of WCAG guidelines and AA/AAA standards. Experience with automated and manual accessibility testing tools. Strong understanding of semantic

HTML, ARIA

roles, keyboard navigation, and screen readers. Experience on enterprise or government web applications with strict accessibility requirements. Experience with Visual Studio and API-based architectures. Agile delivery experience with Jira for work management. Source control proficiency with Git and Bitbucket. Ability to work independently on the front end and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Skills:
