Key Responsibilities As a Web Developer, your day-to-day will involve driving technical excellence across our digital platforms:

Front-End & Back-End Development:

Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks.

Responsive Design Implementation:

Ensure all web applications are fully optimized for maximum speed, scalability, and seamless cross-browser/mobile performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate wireframes and visual designs into functional web realities.

Code Quality & Testing:

Conduct thorough code reviews, debug existing applications, and implement robust testing practices to maintain high software standards.

Performance Optimization:

Identify bottlenecks and optimize web infrastructure for peak efficiency and search engine visibility. Required Skills & Experience We are looking for a developer who is technically sharp, proactive, and eager to solve complex problems:

Core Web Technologies:

Proven commercial experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) .

Framework Expertise:

Strong working knowledge of modern frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, or Angular .

Back-End Familiarity:

Experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP ) and database management (SQL/NoSQL).

Version Control:

Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (GitHub/GitLab).

Problem-Solving:

Excellent debugging skills and a sharp eye for detail.

Communication:

Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Skills (Not Essential, But a Plus!) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and headless architectures. Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and core SEO principles.
