Job Description We are seeking a Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java/J2EE, AWS cloud services, and Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code and a proven ability to architect, deliver, and scale secure enterprise applications while mentoring teams .

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex enterprise applications using Java/J2EE. Architect and implement solutions leveraging AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway. Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for provisioning and managing AWS resources. Develop and consume RESTful web services with attention to performance, security, and scalability. Provide technical leadership, establish best practices, and guide code quality and architectural decisions. Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote continuous learning. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to ensure stability and performance. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend tools and practices to enhance delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 9+ years of Java/J2EE development focused on enterprise applications. Expert-level Java with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security. Extensive AWS experience and strong understanding of cloud-native architectures. Proven design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Designing, developing, and consuming RESTful and SOAP web services. Strong grasp of microservices architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile methodologies. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
