Web Developer Tulsa, OK Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications CSS WordPress JavaScript Front-end development Technical troubleshooting support HTML Full Job Description Tulsa Hours 40 hours/week, M-F 7:30am - 4pm, 52 weeks/year Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and strategic Web Developer (Digital Experience Lead) to build, manage, and optimize Little Light House's digital platforms. This mid-level role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our websites across Tulsa and OKC, our online academy, as well as supporting the development of a growing curriculum platform that houses videos, downloads, and educational resources. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about creating seamless, accessible digital experiences that clearly communicate our mission. This individual will work closely with the marketing and creative team to bring campaigns to life online, improve user experience, and identify opportunities for growth and engagement across all digital touchpoints. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain Little Light House websites, ensuring strong performance, accessibility, and mobile optimization. Build and manage landing pages for campaigns, events, and organizational initiatives. Support the development and ongoing management of a curriculum platform, organizing and presenting content such as videos, downloads, and resources. Collaborate with the Creative Manager and marketing team to align website functionality with messaging, campaigns, and organizational goals. Optimize user experience by improving site navigation, structure, and overall user journeys for families, donors, and partners. Monitor website performance, track analytics, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversions. Manage integrations with platforms such as forms, email marketing tools, and donation systems. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure websites remain up to date and secure. Contribute forward-thinking ideas for improving digital experiences, scalability, and future platform growth. Support the Creative and Marketing team with miscellaneous responsibilities, including campaign builds, brainstorming, and providing backup support for team projects. Qualifications & Skills Required Proven experience in web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor. Experience working with content management systems. Strong understanding of website performance, optimization, and troubleshooting. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a team-focused, mission-driven environment. Passionate about children with special needs and nonprofit causes. Experiments, stays curious, and has a growth mindset. Preferred Skills Experience with SEO and website performance optimization. Understanding of user experience (UX) and digital journey mapping. Experience building or managing content-heavy or resource-based platforms. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices. Experience working in faith-based or nonprofit organizations. Forward-thinking approach with interest in scalable systems and future digital opportunities.
