Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Angular Developer to join a dynamic team supporting both new development and legacy application enhancements. This role is based in Jersey City, NJ or New York City (240 Greenwich) with a hybrid schedule requiring four days onsite per week. The position focuses on building and enhancing Angular-based dashboards that deliver real-time data insights for internal stakeholders and client-facing presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
    Frontend Development:
    Design, develop, and maintain applications using Angular (v18+) and TypeScript, with a focus on scalable, component-based architecture
      Application Enhancement:
      Support a 50/50 mix of new development and updates to legacy systems, including minor enhancements and vulnerability resolution
        UI/UX Implementation:
        strong UI/UX principles to build intuitive, high-impact dashboards and user interfaces
          Collaboration:
          Partner with backend developers, UX designers, and project managers to integrate APIs and deliver high-quality solutions
            Code Quality & Debugging:
            Write clean, efficient code (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), troubleshoot issues, and ensure adnce to development standards
              Agile Delivery:
              Participate in Agile sprints, manage shifting priorities, and contribute independently while collaborating across teams
                DevOps & Change Management:
                Support deployment processes and ensure code compliance within established frameworks
                Qualifications:
                • 3-5 years of experience working with Angular (v18+) and TypeScript
                • Hands-on experience with Angular CDK, Angular Material, and data visualization tools (e.g., High Charts)
                • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
                • Experience integrating with REST APIs
                • Ability to work independently and contribute to team-based development efforts
                • Bachelor's degree required
                Preferred Experience:
                • Professional experience with Java or Python
                • Experience working across multiple technologies or jumping into different codebases
                • Exposure to DevOps environments and change management processes
