Onmimic includes a radiology worklist, DICOM viewer integration, and a clinical report writing system used by radiologists and imaging centers. Our backend is written in Go. Go experience is not required. We are happy to help the right candidate get up to speed. What matters most is strong backend fundamentals and hands on experience with DICOM. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs for the Onmimic medical imaging platform
• Integrate with DICOM compliant systems including study management, image routing, and worklist functionality
• Collaborate with frontend and product team members to deliver new features
• Contribute to the reliability, performance, and security of our imaging systems Required Qualifications
• Experience with DICOM prior integration work, familiarity with the standard, or hands on work with medical imaging workflows
• Solid backend development experience in any language (Go, Java, Python, C#, etc.)
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs
• Ability to work independently and communicate well in a small team environment Preferred Qualifications
• AWS experience, especially S3 and cloud hosted services
• Go (Golang) experience or willingness to learn
• PostgreSQL or other relational database experience
• Background in healthcare IT (HL7, medical imaging, clinical workflows) Why Join Us
