Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead with strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, React, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure . The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing scalable web applications, backend services, RESTful APIs, and modern user interfaces. This role requires strong knowledge of object-oriented design, unit testing, Azure services, and DevOps practices, along with the ability to drive technical solutions and deliver high-quality software. Explore and apply appropriate AI adoption techniques to improve application development and business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Maintain high standards of code quality, performance, security, and technical documentation. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, React, and Azure . Extensive development experience with C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and RESTful services . Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design principles, and .NET SDKs . Proven experience developing backend services, APIs, and enterprise web applications. Strong front-end development experience with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS . Experience with SQL Server , database integration, and data access technologies. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services , particularly Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus . Experience defining and configuring DevOps processes and Azure CI/CD pipelines . Strong understanding of unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code quality practices . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly.
