Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 engineers across frontend and backend Design and implement scalable frontend architectures using Angular Drive adoption of Micro Frontends, SSR, and modern UI design principles Collaborate with product managers, architects, and senior business stakeholders Ensure delivery of performant, secure, and maintainable frontend applications Participate in hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical problem-solving Define frontend best practices and engineering standards Support end-to-end product delivery Required Skills 10+ years of frontend development experience Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions, Angular 20 preferred) Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS Experience with Micro Frontends Experience with Server Side Rendering (SSR) Strong system design and architecture skills Backend exposure to Java / Spring Boot / .NET Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience leading engineering teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in sports domain Principal/Architect-level product engineering experience Proven success delivering enterprise-scale products
