Job Overview We're seeking a Mobile Flutter Developer to join our Product team and help drive innovation within our Dr. Dish product line. In this role, you'll work as part of a small, agile product team to design, build, and optimize digital experiences that elevate the Dr. Dish ecosystem. Our team is customer-obsessed and mission-driven, empowering athletes to improve their basketball skills and performance through technology that goes far beyond the hardware itself. This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact within a fast-moving, product-led company in the dynamic world of sports technology. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance existing Flutter applications while developing new features. Write and maintain automated and integrated tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Perform in person user testing during the software development process. Contribute clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to design and build new digital experiences. Participate in code reviews and team discussions to continuously improve product quality and development processes. Collaborate with QA or product teams to troubleshoot user issues and identify areas for improvement. Assist with app deployment and release processes on Google Play and the App Store. Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience developing mobile applications using Flutter. Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, and UI development. Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about working in a small, agile, and creative company where ideas and initiative are valued. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to work out of Bloomington, MN office on a hybrid schedule. Bonus Qualifications Experience integrating with GraphQL and RESTful APIs. Familiarity with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) or embedded software systems. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Experience with electromechanical or connected hardware products. Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum. We are an equal opportunity employer.
