Full-time About the Role Digital Diagnosis Marketing is looking for a versatile, self-directed web developer to support our growing client base - many of whom operate in the automotive industry. This role is ideal for someone who can move fluidly between front-end development, back-end troubleshooting, tracking/analytics setup, and SEO execution, while also being comfortable using AI tools to work faster and smarter. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and update WordPress websites from the ground up Write and edit HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end website work Write and maintain back-end PHP code for custom web applications Work confidently across multiple hosting environments Configure and implement conversion events in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager Deploy tracking tags and triggers via Google Tag Manager (GTM), both client-side and server-side containers Integrate tracking pixels and event codes directly on websites Research, develop, execute, and optimize on-page and technical SEO strategies for existing and prospective clients Apply SEO best practices as a daily function, not an afterthought Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to speed up code review, debugging, content drafting, and research workflows
Qualifications Required:
Proficient in general IT matters and comfortable troubleshooting technical issues independently Experience with Meta Conversions API (CAPI) and server-side tagging infrastructure Able to learn and adapt to internal tools and platforms quickly Comfortable using AI tools as part of a daily development workflow (e.g., code assistance, debugging, content generation, research) Client-facing communication skills — able to join calls, present work, and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Self-directed and able to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment Willingness to wear many hats across disciplines Occasional travel may be required
Preferred:
