In this role, you will contribute to building and maintaining websites for StoreAssure Digital. A digital marketing agency serving self-storage facility operators. You'll work alongside our existing developer(s) to ship client-facing websites and internal tools. This is a hands-on role where you'll build and iterate across our web applications and backend infrastructure. When applying, please include a link to your GitHub or other portfolio on your resume. Roles and Responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize client websites and landing pages using Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, deployed on Vercel Integrate with third-party APIs and services Write and maintain Supabase Edge Functions, database tables and queries, and Row-Level Security policies Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack Contribute to internal tooling and automation that supports agency operations Maintain clean, documented, version-controlled code via Git/GitHub Iterate on existing website designs and create new template designs Work Skills Proficiency in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Tailwind CSS Experience writing and deploying Supabase Edge Functions, managing database schemas, and writing PostgreSQL queries Familiarity with Git/GitHub version control workflows Ability to implement responsive, accessible designs from Figma mockups or similar tools Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals — structured data, Core Web Vitals, crawlability Familiarity with Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4 event configuration, and tag management Comfort with AI-assisted development tools and prompt engineering workflows Strong written and verbal communication — able to work alongside developers and explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates Preferred Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of professional or project-based experience in full-stack web development Demonstrated experience building and deploying production websites or web applications Experience integrating third-party APIs and services Familiarity with modern deployment platforms such as Vercel or similar Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL A portfolio or GitHub profile demonstrating real work Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field preferred Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio will be considered in lieu of a degree Physical Demands This is primarily a sedentary role involving extended periods of computer use Occasional need to attend virtual or in-person meetings No significant physical demands beyond those typical of an office or remote work environment Work Environment Small-team environment where priorities can shift and self-direction is valued Collaborative culture — you'll work closely with one other developer and coordinate regularly with non-technical team members Strong emphasis on modern tooling, automation, and staying current with emerging technologies This is an on-site position based in Roseville.
