Overview We are seeking a skilled Website Developer/IT Tech to join our team and support the development and maintenance of our web applications. This role involves creating responsive web designs that ensure optimal user experience across various devices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in web development and IT support, with a focus on building dynamic, user-friendly websites and applications. Duties Develop, update, and maintain web applications to meet organizational needs. Design and implement responsive web interfaces that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes and devices. Collaborate with designers and other developers to create engaging, functional websites. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website performance, security, and functionality. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to best practices in web development. Assist with IT-related tasks such as system updates, network troubleshooting, and hardware/software support as needed. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continually improve web solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in web development, including building web applications with a focus on responsive design. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks or content management systems. Strong understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles. Knowledge of IT support functions such as troubleshooting hardware/software issues and maintaining network security is preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
