• Telecommunications Software & Technology Job Description We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join a collaborative software development team focused on enhancing customer engagement, eCommerce, online payments, and self-service experiences for telecommunications providers nationwide.

This role will play a key part in developing and maintaining customer-facing web applications that directly impact how users interact with billing, payment processing, and digital account management platforms. As part of an Agile development team, you will work closely with software architects, product leaders, QA professionals, and project managers to design, build, and deliver scalable web solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong experience within the Microsoft ecosystem and is passionate about leveraging modern technologies, including AI-assisted development tools, to improve software quality and development efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features and enhancements across multiple web-based software products.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications following established software architecture standards.
• Build and enhance backend APIs and application integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Create customer-facing functionality that improves eCommerce, billing, online payments, and self-service experiences.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity, improve code quality, and streamline testing and documentation processes.
• Support technical documentation and ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements. Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET and the .NET Framework.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and relational database development.
• Experience developing modern web applications within the Microsoft technology stack.
• Understanding of software design principles, testing methodologies, and Agile development practices.
• Interest in or experience utilizing AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Blazor or Blazor WebAssembly.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git source control.
