Job Description

Our Software Development Team is growing, and we are seeking a professional, highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. We are looking for a "Developer's Developer"—someone with deep roots in the Microsoft stack who also possesses a refined eye for User Experience and modern frontend architecture. In this role, you will maintain the software that powers our eCommerce platforms while simultaneously leading the effort to standardize our UI tooling and modernize our frontend processes. You will report directly to the Software Development and QA Manager and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between complex backend logic, cloud infrastructure, and the end-user experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Full Stack Engineering & Architecture Lead the development of large, complex client-server and web-based applications using C# .NET (Core 6+) and Microsoft SQL Server / Azure SQL . Design and implement scalable REST APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components. Write testable, efficient code and collaborate with QA teams to maintain high software quality. UI/UX Strategy & Standardization (Key Focus) Own the
Frontend Standards:
Lead the initiative to standardize UI tooling, libraries, and development processes across the team to ensure consistency. Translate business requirements and UX designs into responsive, high-fidelity user interfaces. Mentor the team on frontend best practices, moving beyond basic
HTML/CSS
to robust, component-driven architectures. DevOps & Cloud Operations Manage and optimize our cloud footprint, primarily within Azure (App Services, Function Apps, API Management) with auxiliary instances in AWS . Drive the maturity of our Azure DevOps processes, including managing CI/CD pipelines, build agents, and release strategies. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues in a distributed cloud environment.
Other essential duties and responsibilities:
A "Bridge Builder": You can talk database schemas with backend engineers and pixel-perfect design with UX stakeholders.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written skills; comfortable mentoring other developers and influencing development practices.
Self-Starter:
Ability to prioritize conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment and work independently on multiple project teams.
Curious:
Very eager to learn and grow technically, particularly in keeping up with the rapidly changing Azure and .NET landscapes.
Required Technical Skills:
Experience:
8+ years of progressive experience developing web applications and coding complex software.
Core Frameworks:
Deep mastery of C# and .NET Core 6+ / .NET Framework .
Frontend & UX:
Strong proficiency in modern web development. You must have experience not just "using" UI tools, but selecting and standardizing them (e.g., establishing component libraries, setting up CSS pre-processors, or managing JS frameworks).
Database:
Proficiency with SQL Server, writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, and using Entity Framework.
Cloud & DevOps:
Hands-on experience with Azure App Services , Azure Functions , and configuring pipelines in Azure DevOps .
Methodology:
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development methods.
Preferred & Bonus Skills:
Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS). Experience with specific frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) is a strong plus. Familiarity with Azure Service Bus and OAuth2/OpenID Connect. Experience maintaining CMS or eCommerce platforms Associates or better.
