Job Description

Job Summary Bryan Creative Group is seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a developer who enjoys building polished, high-performing websites and digital experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients. Working alongside our designers, strategists, and project managers, you'll transform creative concepts into responsive, user-friendly websites while helping maintain and enhance existing client projects. You'll also contribute to custom functionality, third-party integrations, and ongoing website improvements that help our clients achieve their business goals. This position is based in our Bryan, Texas office. Responsibilities Develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid templates Build custom website features and functionality based on approved designs Maintain and enhance existing client websites Develop reusable code and components for future projects Integrate third-party services and APIs Optimize websites for performance, usability, accessibility, and SEO Implement Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager Develop and maintain responsive HTML email templates and campaigns Troubleshoot website issues and debug front-end functionality Test websites across modern browsers and devices Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and other team members to deliver exceptional client experiences Occasionally participate in client meetings to discuss technical solutions or project requirements What We're Looking For The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, writing clean code, and building websites that are both visually engaging and technically sound. You appreciate thoughtful design, pay attention to details, and enjoy working collaboratively in a creative environment.

Takes ownership of your work Communicates clearly and professionally Is organized and dependable Enjoys learning new technologies Can balance multiple projects and deadlines Is comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team Skills Strong proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 Solid understanding of modern JavaScript Experience building responsive websites across desktop and mobile devices Familiarity working with CMS templating systems (Liquid experience is a plus) Experience integrating third-party APIs Understanding of website performance optimization techniques Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager Experience using Git or another version control system Working knowledge of technical SEO best practices Ability to troubleshoot and debug front-end issues efficiently
Preferred Experience Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Equivalent professional experience will also be considered 2-5 years of professional web development experience Portfolio demonstrating responsive websites and web projects
