Liviniti (formerly Southern Scripts) is seeking a Back-End Developer to design and maintain secure, scalable services that power our transparent pharmacy benefit solutions. In this role, you will build and optimize APIs, integrate with internal and external systems, and work with complex pharmacy and claims data to support data-driven insights. You'll collaborate closely with product, data, and front-end teams in an Agile environment to deliver reliable, high-performance services. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable back-end services and APIs Integrate pharmacy, claims, and clinical data from multiple internal and external systems Optimize database queries and data models to support analytics and reporting Implement automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews to ensure quality Collaborate with product, data, and front-end teams in an Agile environment Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve performance and reliability of production services Apply security, privacy, and healthcare compliance best practices in all solutions Contribute to technical design, documentation, and continuous improvement of architecture Required Skills Server-side programming (Node.js, .
