Job Description
Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Java Backend Engineer for their McLean, VA location.
Requirements:
Java expert, AWS (Glu, RDS and Spark)
Prior Client Experience:
Must
Former Client contractors: Candidates should have prior Client experience and familiarity with the organization's environment and processes.
Availability:
The focus is on former Client contractors whose current assignments are ending soon.
Martin is not looking for candidates who are actively working at Client.
Ability to hit the ground running: The individual needs to understand the environment quickly and help complete the remaining program work without extensive onboarding.
Program closeout experience: The candidate must be capable of helping wrap up the outstanding work before the program concludes in February 2027.
