Must Have:
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Of the three, JavaScript is the most important.
- Joomla and WordPress experience
- Experience with developing and creating websites from scratch, not just templates. A content manager or a comms person who updates their customer's website as an "additional duty" will not be a good fit for this role.
- Able to function independently.
