This role covers both of our brands (Construction & Plumbing) and touches everything from how we look online to how our customers feel about their experience with us. It's a mixed plate on purpose: we want someone who's equally comfortable tweaking a landing page as they are writing a blog post or pulling together a reputation report. If you're the kind of person who likes having a wide range of work and actually seeing the results of what you do, this might be a great fit. What You'll Be Doing Digital Infrastructure Designing, developing, and managing websites for both brands Building and managing Google Ads campaigns from strategy through execution Owning SEO strategy and keeping optimization efforts ongoing, not a set-it-and-forget-it approach Writing and publishing blog content Building and maintaining backlinks as part of a broader link strategy Creating landing pages with a focus on real conversion results Reputation Management Monitoring and responding to Google reviews across both brands Repurposing positive reviews for use in other content and marketing Running weekly client satisfaction surveys Reporting survey results to leadership in a clear, consistent way Building Better Initiative Writing educational content copy that's clear, useful, and on-brand Building and managing the dedicated pages that support this initiative over time What We're Looking For 2 to 4 years of experience in web development, digital marketing, or a similar mixed-function role Hands-on experience with website platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) Working knowledge of Google Ads and Google Search Console Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals: technical, on-page, and off Comfortable writing copy that sounds like a human wrote it Comfortable working with Zapier or similar automation tools to connect platforms and streamline workflows Experience with CRM software and an ability to learn new systems quickly Familiarity with third-party integrations and how to make different tools work together, not just side by side, but actually talking to each other Familiarity with online reputation tools or review platforms is a plus Someone who can manage multiple workstreams without things falling through the cracks No specific degree required; we care more about what you've built and what you know A Note from Us This role has existed here before, which means there's a foundation to build on, but also room to make it your own.
