Job Description

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned management consulting and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Social Media Replication (SMR) Computer Systems Technologist I to join our dynamic team supporting mission training operations at the National Training Center (NTC), Fort Irwin, CA. This role supports the development of realistic, simulated social media environments that enhance training effectiveness for Brigade Combat Teams (BCTs) by replicating real-world operational scenarios. The base salary for this position is $69,680 to $70,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Assist in replicating realistic social media environments to support OSINT training during rotations
  • Coordinate with Operations Group to develop and submit social media content for review and approval prior to release
  • Populate and maintain a simulated closed-loop internet environment using government-provided networks
  • Create web pages and develop realistic social media profiles using approved NTC templates
  • Produce training content that replicates real-world scenarios for rotational units
  • Support installation, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of web-based services and applications
  • Ensure compliance with Information Assurance (IA) and cybersecurity requirements
  • Prepare daily summary reports of social media activity for review and approval by NTC support staff
  • Provide input for Monthly Status Reports (MSR) by the 3rd of each month
  • Provide input to staffing reports by the 5th and 14th of each month
  • Ensure all materials created remain government property and are not released without COR authorization Required Skills
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to operate computer systems and web-based applications
  • Basic knowledge of web design and social media platforms
  • Ability to follow IA and cybersecurity requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established templates and SOPs
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence) concepts
  • Experience supporting simulated or training environments
  • Knowledge of Army training environments or Combat Training Centers (CTCs) required Experience
  • Military experience or background in Civil Affairs, Information Operations, or working with non-governmental organizations (NGOs)
  • Experience supporting government or training environments preferred
  • Ability to operate in structured, compliance-driven environments
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and maintain program documentation
